SpaceCrew
Website Terms of Use
Effective date: August 2026
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the public SpaceCrew website operated by spacecrew inc., which also operates in Quebec as Technologies SpaceCrew.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Separate agreements apply to products, subscriptions, projects, professional services, licences, customer accounts and production environments.
2. General information only
Site content provides general information about SpaceCrew, its products and capabilities.
The content is not:
- a contractual offer;
- a commitment to provide a product or service;
- legal, tax, accounting, security or other professional advice;
- a guarantee that a feature, integration or capability fits a particular situation.
A client relationship begins only when an applicable agreement is accepted by authorized parties.
3. Permitted use
You may view the site and use its content to evaluate SpaceCrew and contact us for legitimate purposes.
You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the site, a system or an account;
- interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability;
- transmit malicious code;
- use the site unlawfully, deceptively or abusively;
- commercially copy, extract or reuse content without permission;
- bypass security measures or technical limits;
- use automated means at a volume that harms the site or its providers;
- infringe SpaceCrew’s rights or the rights of another person.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site, design, layout, text, illustrations, graphics, icons, marks, product names, software and other content are owned by SpaceCrew or used with permission.
These terms do not give you ownership or a general licence to those materials.
You may retain a reasonable copy for internal evaluation, provided that you do not modify, publish or redistribute it deceptively.
5. Communications and confidential information
A general inquiry, email or initial contact does not automatically create a confidentiality agreement or client relationship. This does not reduce our legal obligations to protect personal information.
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment-card information, trade secrets or sensitive personal information before SpaceCrew confirms a suitable transfer method and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.
6. Products, services and availability
Product and capability descriptions may change. Some functions may depend on configuration, catalogue data, carrier accounts, client systems, an external provider or a separate agreement.
SpaceCrew may change, suspend or remove part of the site without notice, subject to applicable obligations.
7. Accuracy
SpaceCrew aims to provide useful and current content, but does not guarantee that every page is complete, error-free or suitable for your circumstances.
Requirements, pricing, timing, functions, integrations and responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable agreement before a business decision is made.
8. External links and services
The site may link to external sites or services. Links are provided to make relevant information easier to access.
SpaceCrew does not control the content, security, availability or practices of external services. Their own terms and policies apply.
9. Availability and security
SpaceCrew does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or that the site will be free of every vulnerability.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts and data when using the Internet.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpaceCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In particular, no exclusion covers material injury caused by intentional or gross fault, or bodily or moral injury. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Obligations relating to a paid product or service are governed by the applicable agreement, not these general website terms.
11. Privacy
Use of personal information through the site is described in the SpaceCrew Privacy Policy.
12. French and English versions
French and English versions of the site and these terms are available so that customers can be informed and served in either language.
The French version is the reference version to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes
SpaceCrew may update these terms. The current version will be posted with the latest update date.
Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec.
Disputes relating to the site fall within the jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable jurisdiction rules. These terms do not deprive you of any mandatory right or remedy.
